Job Description:
Technician’s Scope and Responsibilities
- Achieve the Target Turnaround time for the Diagnosis of mobile phone, tablet and laptop
- Achieve the Target Turnaround time for the Repair of mobile phone, tablet and laptop
- Complete processing of the target quantity of units for diagnosis per dayComplete processing the target quantity of units for repair per day
- Technician’s Qualifications
- Must have experience as technician for Mobile phone, tablet and laptop.
- Knowledgeable in standard repairing procedure of mobile phone, tablet and laptop.
- Knowledgeable in basic parts and components of mobile phone, tablet and laptop.
- Customer Oriented
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Team player
